Honestly we hate it when a website doesn’t let you see shipping charges until after you’ve entered all of your information, so hopefully this makes you better informed.
Delivery Available
Means that the item can only be picked up in Auckland, or delivered locally by the SRS team by default. It is too large/bulky/fragile etc to calculate flat rate and shipping outside of Auckland will require a large freight company. Please contact us for a quote.
International Buyers
Shipping is not automatically calculated, please get in contact with us for a quote. We are able and willing to ship internationally.
Shipping Time Frames
Shipping via Courier
We will endeavour to book a courier for shipped items on the same or next working day. For collection when they are available.
Delays can happen and we will contact you if we are aware of any delays in the booking process.
Pick up in Auckland
Pick up is available from 9-5 Monday to Friday from our Papakura location 3 / 18 Croskery Road, Papakura.
By arrangement, pick up can be available after hours and weekends from our residential location in Pakuranga. Please contact us prior to purchase for this option.
Delivery
We will work with you to organise a suitable delivery schedule, we can be quite flexible and within reason can be available both during and outside of standard working hours and on weekends.
We will try our best to fit it around you but this may not always be possible.
